Real Phenom is a competitive basketball organization consisting of boys and girls from around the twin cities and surrounding suburban areas. Our focus at Real Phenom is to develop our youth on and off the court. As we look to develop leadership skills in the process. Our core values are based on respect, diversity, integrity, teamwork, and fun.

Real Phenom strives to develop our youth to their fullest potential while teaching them to compete with courage, play fair, and be leaders on and off the court.

Real Phenom is a premier grassroots AAU basketball program for highly talented and dedicated youth players, as well as players looking to improve their skills and participate in the game of basketball.

Our vision is to bring our programs to youth and adults in communities across the nation and to provide as many people with the tools necessary for success as possible. We strive to be an organization that is a difference-maker in that what we do will make a difference in their lives.
